From 1972 until late 1986 Mike Bailey was employed in general agency where he gained a sound knowledge of the property market. In 1987 Michael d Bailey + Associates was established, and very quickly a client base was created. The focus was on the various professional aspects of land and property and matters specifically related to development. Later UK Landfinder Ltd was incorporated to particularly concentrate on the acquisition of land and property for development. With an experience extending to over 35 years we work with a range of organisations, continually mindful of the impact developments have on the communities in which we operate.
Working with a diverse range of clients in both the urban and rural environment, helping to provide creative solutions to complex planning and property related issues, we call upon a wealth of professional people and disciplines, to assist in feasibility and appraisal. From initial advice on strategy to streamlining delivery, we aim to maximise value and minimise cost at all stages of a project, adding value to the planning and development process. Our approach is positive, flexible and innovative, designed to deliver the professional expertise and advice that is needed to overcome the complexities and hurdles of today's planning process. We also have a particular interest and expertise in delivering sustainable development
